I did put the starting positions on a jpg for easier comprehension of the situation, perhaps others would like it useful too. Notice that the colours of the font were chosen for readability (black on dark blue or brown wasn't too clear, while the same can be said of white on light green for example ). Hopefully I did get all the starting positions right from the .map
