As far as I can see, you are not the only winner. We had simultaneous increase in "Forts" graph on turn 79. It was when I captured capitals of Abysia and Caelum. So, unless you may prove you captured your capitals earlier than turn 79 or someone can take the capitals I own, we both are the winners.
