I'll have somewhat sporadic internet access from Thursday for two weeks, would it be possible to switch to the extended turn periods by then - only a little earlier than the 20th?

Looks like that's curtains for me. I just lost nearly all my army to an offensive number of Minotaurs and Maenads, and now Sauromatia decides it wants a piece of me too. There's just no way for me to hold out against two huge armies at this point, so it looks like it's AI for Lanka.

I will still be admining this game however, so if anyone has any problems, drop me a PM.

But that means I have to fight some stinky minotaurs over your capital? That's silly. I hope Pan knows what I can do to their Maenads.

Yeah, I couldn't expand fast enough, so it's understandable why you and Pan thought that. I've never played Lanka before anyway, so at least I know now this strategy won't work.

I find Lanka to be amazingly fun to play. You should just give them some more SP practice, it took me a bit of SP with them to figure out how to bring all of their tools together.

I'll drop you a note, the least I can do in exchange for your capital, is offer you some useful advice.

Now we are back again to 24hr automatic turns. I won't be able to keep up with that.
