Re: HumanWar: Odd Man Out (Game On!)
Hmm. Well, I hate to say this but I have completely lost interest in playing this game. I'm not in any position to win, I'm not in a position to really even affect the stronger players, and due to T'ien Ch'i killing off Jomon I am stuck fighting a war that I am certain I can win, but will prevent me from doing anything else for many, many turns. With Zeldor's impending victory all but certain, I am really looking for a good reason to keep playing. So if there's anyone out there with plans to take on T'ien Ch'i soon, please let me know and I'll do my best to contribute to the cause. Otherwise, I invite anyone to come in and kill my tiny little nation quickly. There's really no chance of getting a sub for my position, and I'd rather not go AI, but I am not interested in sticking around for 20 more turns of skirmishing with machaka while I watch Zeldor ascend unmolested.
If no one decides to take me up on my offer, well, I apologize in advance but I'm going to do my best to convince you that my immediate removal is in your best interests.

Re: HumanWar: Odd Man Out (Game On!)
Well, Jomon did not try to resist at all. And he was just asking to get invaded. He was lucky it did not happen earlier
And me unmolested? Someone grabbed artifacts I wanted, still trying to find that evil bugger...
Anyway, TC is a friendly nation. It was pretty much one guy with his friends taking all that Jomon provs. Hard to blame him, he has some strange illness...

I have ended my NAP with LA TC, we will see what happens when it ends. I also urge anyone else interested in stopping them to do the same (or if you aren't a neighbor at least dispel those globals).

Are you like the one just behind me? With stronger nation by definition? Why would anyone want to help you win then? Because it would end that way

If EA Ulm goes AI, I will do so also.

Jomon was in the middle of a very bloody war.
What you did was simply exploitive vulturing.
Someday, people will know better than to ever sign a NAP with you. I think that day is coming sooner than you'd like.

Re: HumanWar: Odd Man Out (Game On!)
I never break NAPs, not like some other people. So people get fair deals with me But I will admit there was not much fighting in that game. Hard to say why, maybe lack of some VP victory with VPs at capitals?

Don't worry, I'm not going AI. Well, not yet anyway. We'll have to see what I look like in a few turns, should zeldor turn his gaze in my general direction I don't expect to survive very long.
Isokron: Glad to hear you're intention towards fighting the all powerful Zeldor. Although you do seem to be in the middle of a brawl with the other ulm at the moment It would be very nice if anyone else decided to join in because just you and or me I doubt is going to be enough to bring down zeldor. Anyway, I have construction 6 and will forge you items for the low, low price of whatever it costs me to forge them. And I will do the same for anyone else who pledges publically to join the fight against zeldor. Take up this offer quickly, warrior smith supplies are limited, as is my projected lifespan as of this post!
So we have Zeldor, fresh from his kingmaker victory, versus some backwards barbarians and one of the three most powerful nations around. Who is being attacked by the other of the three. Not great odds, I don't think. Even if zeldor is defeated, I doubt that ma pythium will be able to capitalize on it terribly while fighting two superpowers. T'ien Ch'i will be far easier for notpythium to gobble up than for Pythium. Listen not to zeldor's treacherous words!
Zeldor: You're not dangerous because you break NAPs, you're dangerous because you never have to, and just keep growing. I find it amazing that your blatant run towards tartarians and artifacts is not causing more outward alarm. Clearly, there are few people in this game likely to have either aside from yourself with your incredible lead in the research graphs. I suspect the world is largely unable to cope with them at the moment. I guess we'll see!

Re: HumanWar: Odd Man Out (Game On!)
TC is practically surrounding me, from both seas and land provinces. I have to demand TC to leave the Sea provinces that connect directly to my capital and the islands TC grabbed from Jomon recently. Or I have to cancel the NAP3 and war is inevitable.

Re: HumanWar: Odd Man Out (Game On!)
I retract my previous comment about ulm being one of the game's super powers. He might have been at one point, but seems I haven't been paying much attention to score graphs lately! In any case, TC is still a significant threat that can't be let to grow more powerful, and onto the charge of theoretical but almost completely assured tartarians, this turn I can confirm sightings of elemental royalty.
Also, machaka. I wonder just where we will have our showdown. I'm looking forward to seeing your great spider army finally collapse, and then getting to watch tien chi gobble up all your territories so I can't have them, pursuant to your prior arrangements.
