Only through extreme cheating. Save game in progress, mod a component or facility that didn't previously have space yard ability to have it. Reload.

Well more space yards = faster build time. Of course I could just mod the existing space yards to build faster, but I want super construction rates limited to the really big bases or planets dedicated to space yards. I guess I could just add a new space yard that is twice as big and builds twice as fast, and one that is thrice as big etc. But it wouldn't work for planets.
Baron, interesting idea. I imagine that it can be used to create some very interesting scenarios.

SJ did this in his P&N mod. I've never built a second spaceyard, though. (EXPENSIVE!!!)
