Personally, it doesn't matter to me whether my fellow noobs take 5 mins or 31 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds to get their turn in, as long as (certain of them) don't stale within the first 10 turns. That would be detrimental to us and could cost us the initiative. It simply cannot be tolerated. Especially without notice of some kind. I usually don't count the first turn as their are usually no troop movements during it.

Vets, on the other hand, feel free to stale as much as you like. Especially early on.
