WinSPMBT v4.5 Tourney Players

OK this test isn't done yet as far as ongoing battles, but I want to post a few thoughts.

This format is not suitable for this type of tournament IMO.

The game guide suggests using the tournament option for people
to play blind games created by a third party.

This is the best way to use it I think.

So I'm going to begin working on a scenario for encryption.

Now here's the interesting twist.

Players will be responsible to find someone to fight with.
I will only be responsible to create/send tournament files to any player 1's
and passwords to player 2's

Players will score it or just play it. Whatever they see fit.

If they want to replay it in reverse they can do that.

I won't do any scoring , simply provide the blind scenario.

Having the CD's for WinSPMBT/ WinSPWW2 is imperitive for joining and playing
any scenario's created for encrypted play. Yes WW2 is possible.

I think this simple fact (CD ownership) needs to remembered the most.
