I should also say that Psi is not held to any NAP's that may have been present before he joined. He is free to do whatever he wants to do.
That said, Psi, I think we are all just trying to kill off the AI nations right now. But feel free to do whatever you want, and that includes attacking me, if you wish.
Oh, I am Vanheim. Septimius is Ashdod, and SteelyDan is Arco. All the other nations are AI.
