This is what normally happens if the dom exe on llamaserver gets stuck processing a game. So, in a sense, yes, it's normal.

It is even more normal to have it happen when Llamabeast is busy or traveling, so odds are good he is somewhere in Antarctica chairing a commission on the current world economic crisis.
