I'm an IT professional unoptimized, I've removed this virus 4 times in the last 3 days. Go to
www.malwarebytes.org download their antivirus. You will need to run at least *3* scans to completely remove it.
Follow it up with a scan by spybot (search key word: spy bot search destroy. Merlin is the home thereof.
Both of these programs can run in safe mode.
These will take care of your problems.
