SEAD as used by the AI

Because it does tend to use SEAD (I think) before other planes come in but if it has helos it lets them fend for themselves. Like all things a slight random factor would make better & may be that way already just get the die roll for otherwise.
Dont you always use high EW strikes or was that just vs me? You seemed a fan of top of the line helos.
