The Oceania situation is currently the hold-up. Otherwise I'd force host it now.

I'm tempted to host this turn anyway using his old turn. hoo used the same 2h file and if I hear the same from Ossa, I don't see any reason not to proceed. Then Daka can keep playing or get a sub as he sees fit.
