Better Know a Pretender: The Oracle

Oracle is my fav pretender for nations that need good scales, or strong astral or both.
Wyrm is my fav pretender for nations that need an awake SC.
The two are my personal favorites so thank you for covering one of them

Note that taking Oracle on a nation that needs an awake SC is a recipe for disaster. I should know as I've made that mistake already

You hinted at this, but I don't think you gave enough credence.

The oracle is often the cheapest pretender for a

9f9wS4+ blessing
or
9S9Y blessing. It used to be my preferred pretender for EA-Mictlan till removed. Still can be used LA-Mictlan, or EA Lanka.

Blessing is the only strategy I use the oracle on, although I sometimes will chose the oracle as ist is otherwise a cheap pretender. For this reason, I think you should give way more examples of potential blesses and useful nations.
