Well, that was quick, I found a sub for Aquamarine. If it is OK with Hadrian_II. They contacted me by email so I am not sure what their forum handle is.

Er. Sorry for the confusion.
Here is the deal. AlgaeNymph is the sub that is taking over C'tis from me. I sent an email to both Hadrian and Algae in which I said "tell me your forum handle" - I meant Algae.
I'm working on forwarding to AlgaeNymph all relevant diplomatic correspondence and stuff and getting up to speed.
