Info: Special Poptypes

These are not poptypes as such, but special provinces built into the game and randomly distributed at game creation. Some of them can appear, more on a big map than on a small, but it would be a rare game indeed where they all did.

Thanks for the clarification, all. I agree with Gandalf that it's never a waste to get an insight into the Devs' twisted minds...

Now I know to look out for a Wyrm, a Cyclops, a Great Mother, and/or Pazuzu in an independent province. Oh my!
