Default Customer service?

Hi, a long time ago I purchased ATF, the hard copy. Played it a little off and on, but it got lost moving around the last several years. I'd like to get back into it and play again. Was wondering if it's possible to just download a copy. Is that available after this long a time?

A few weeks ago I submitted a customer service ticket and, when I didn't hear anything, submitted a follow-up. Those numbers are 2967 and 2980. But I guess nobody's monitoring that area since I I never got a response. Can somebody please let me know? Thanks.

Rich,

Sorry for the problems. I will contact the folks at Shrapnel about it ASAP. I honestly don't know what their policy is on downloads for people who bought hardcopies.

Thanks for replying. I have not heard from anyone. I tried sending a pm to Tim Brooks and Annette and they didn't go through. It's like they were never sent. The company doesn't seem to have a regular email or telephone number. It's impossible to contact them. So I was wondering if you would follow up. Sorry to bother you with this but there's no where else to go. To say I'm disappointed with Shrapnel's customer service is an understatement.

Hi Rich,

(Duplicated from my reply to your post in our general forums):

I'm so sorry you are having trouble receiving our replies. I investigated after receiving your private message yesterday. Did you get my reply? I found that we responded to both tickets within 24 hours of their receipt. When you log in to our customer support center to retrieve our reply, you must click on the "messages" tab. I believe that may be the step that is keeping us from reaching you. I have posted customer support's reply in my pm to you yesterday. Please let me know what more I can do to help.

Thanks,
Annette
