It sounds like we should either fix R'lyeh or not include the nation in the game. I've no complaints if we start over. I vote for B.

The magisters and wardens of Avalon believe very strongly in fair play, and it is our position that it would be unfair to force a man to play out an unfun game.
We vote B.
Restart with the mods listed in the original post (most of the Libra compilation - not all). R'lyeh was not originally excluded, so if he wants to play them, let him. If he wants to switch, OK.
Does anyone know if UWGIM EA affects any other LA nations before we go down that road?

I'm the creator of the UWGIM mod and just noted this thread. The mod in the LIBRA complimation is is "EA UWGIM", which really only works for EA games. Sorry about the confusion, but I really *had* to build the mod that way because of in-built modding limitations.
UWGIM is not meant to do any national changes to LA R'lyeh (since the nation is playable as it is, unlike other UW nations). But there are some other changes Anaconda might be intrested in (like more balanced income from UW sites and a small chance for UW indy mages). Land nations might be relived to find the kelp castle site to be uncommon,
However, this thing is extremely easy to fix. Take the Libra mod, remove the part about UWGIM and replace it with "UWGIM global" version, which does not make any national changes. I'd make the mod myself, but I'm currently quite busy, since I'm visiting my sister and I won't back at my computer until sunday.
If you just want to ditch UWGIM, you can just upload the mods singularly without the complimation. There should not be any clashes between the mods (usually complimation mods are made just to avoid confusion with having to enable several mods at once).

That leaves us with another possibility - use the global UWGIM mod.
I guess that would be the best way of handling this situation.
