Easy. Take MobHack, copy aircraft 500 kg bomb, give it appropriate range (guess similar to Smerch), accuracy of 0 or 1 and weapon clas... lessee... 7? May be. Then create appropriate offboard unit and find that you have an extremely inaccurate equivalent of 500kg bomb
