Restart on MA Abandoned Game - Started

Crown has no water starts, so if you used random nations, and got a water nation, you would get a nagock error.

Crown is setup for VP in the middle, which I would be happy to remove.

Duh.. I should have figured that out. Could you please remove it, or I can edit the map and do it myself, but since I have never done that before, would you be willing, and I can see what you did.
