which doesn't make anything I said any less true... pre-arranged duration can apply to both methods, as long as it's a defined term and not just a NAP(without any additions, so indefinite until canceled) and well, being binding...

Yes, I agree it can definitely be seen that way. But I think it's a good idea to clarify the rules and to make sure everyone reads them the same way. Myself, I'd like to think a NAP3 as discussed earlier is within the intention of the rule statement.  |
