not info information for an answer- ie., what paths you have access to.
However, generally speaking angels have good mr. Therefor I would look to some of these for answers.
Leech, gifts of heaven, stellar cascades spam, life for life, petrify.

A few more spells to look at:
Arcane bolt is nice against angels, although you need more than one arcane bolter on the field to make them hurt.
If the target is not cold resistant, frozen heart is nice.
Corpse candles are suprisingly good versus angels, especially if you back the candles with Banefire casters (or skeletal archers).

I'm always a big fan of a nature caster with good penetration (maybe a small communion) spamming charm...then they have to worry about fully-kitted out angels...
Or Helbind Heart, but you said you didn't have blood...

Bring a staff of storms. First script stream of life (long range 100% accurate) This either kills the angel or makes it go beserk and feebleminds it. now watch the fun:
Feeblemind = -5 to MR!
Beserk means angel stubles forward in a beserk rage unable to fly because of the storm. gets in range for charm...
Did I mention -5 to MR! Angel gets charmed. Take angel, loot stuff. Put angel in a lab and have a healer heal feeblemind. Use against oponent. |

actually MR negates any luck of dealing the death effect or the berserk effect to that angel. Its *if* the angel fails the MR test, that it either dies or goes berserk depending on luck and level of the caster. |
