OK, it seems this game may be over very soon. If Ashdod takes Pan's cap, that's 2 and game over. Opinions?

I ran into this once as well (and the game died as well as yours is gonna die) and PM'ed llamabeast about inconvenient victory condition choosing but he didn't seem to react. The problem is when you set both "VPs in capitals" and "no VP victory" during game creation it actually sets victory condition to 2 VP.
