The clergy of Ermor wishes to express their dissatisfaction with the pace of this game. We find it unnacceptable as it hinders tithing and sets a bad example for the people. As a result, we also find it unacceptable to be condemned to having only two orgies a day should this trend of decadence continue.

A newby question. Is it possible to create a game with a strict pace : if someone don't play before the end of the turn, llamserver still sends the new file to players, without any moves for late players ?

Every game is functioning exactly the way you describe, the pace is the turn interval, which is determined and modified as the players wish (1 day for this game, but modified by earcaraxe going out).
It is very hard to assemble 15 people for a daily task, for a few months.
