Stacking and combining

There are two Missile defense spells, Air Shield which only effects the caster, and Arrow Fend, which effects every friendly unit on the battlefield. Both spells give 80% missile reduction.

I do not know if either stacks with a bless, though I think 80% missile defense is as good as it can be.
