We are making an open offer to everyone:

We will exchange at a ratio of 4:3 of any 4 of our gems for your 3 pearls. Negotiations welcomed.

This offer extends to everyone, including oath breakers and those who wish us ill, even if you plan to use said gems to our detriment. If possible, we prefer that such detritus be in the form of SCs/thugs with lots of loot though, we've acquired quite a taste for it.
