There is another forum for that. Here its safest to assume that any sarcasm is just badly worded questions. After all, it is an official support forum. The well-known users that we could safely assume most of their posts to be sarcastic helpful posts have been... relocated.
Besides which, professional moderation has 2 points on the subject of responding to sarcasm and trolls.
A) A pat on the head can be more insulting than a slap in the face.
B) It can always be used to put forth lots of helpful info you wanted to post anyway for people who might be lurking.
