How about trying something like that, only put it so that its a mod and the numbers are all crakced out) so that you upload it and all your ships just trip out (one might have been CSM 4 and now is all warp point openers (***** in maintance) anotehr that used to have PPBs is now all life support and a third that was a cargo ship/troop ship now has a ton of org and crys armor (still a transport body) and has a bunch of grav hellbores + a talisman???
