First, I want to congratulate you for all the work you have done (and you still do) to improve this game.
I played Steel Panthers since 1995, later I followed closely the work done by SP-camo since the beginning (circa 2000), and thanks to you I'm not going to stop playing this game anytime soon.....(I love the new wide screen patch !)
So of course, I read this forum for a very long time, but never participated.
Ok, so much for the presentation, now I'll explain why I'm posting for the first time on this forum :
For some time I found a bug, which I believe has never been reported.
I'm playing a
PBEM campaign ongoing for 2 years against a friend.
Germany vs Russia from 1941 to 1946.
Seven battles were fought and we are starting the 8th battle (for a campaign of 11 battles).
At the purchase screen, as the Russian defender (against a German assault), I spend support points to buy Mines/DT/Trenches/BW. When this is done, I click "human deploy", and then on the map I open the screen (x) to place the mines/DT/trenches. There I cannot place anything because the screen shows me I have 0 build points !
This is not the first time this issue appears, also only the second player seems to be affected. The first player has always been able to have the build points and place the mines.

We are playing this campaign on ver 3.0, CD version.
My friend and I have several pbem campaings games in progress with version 3.0 and 3.5 and if I remember correctly this issue also appeared in other battles. (We have not tried ver 4.25 yet).
I read the "history patch" for the following versions, but unless I'm wrong, it seems this issue was never repported or fixed.
I apologize in advance if this topic has already been addressed. I used the forum search function, but have not seen anything on this topic.
