Do update your diplo with him and help him catch up to speed! I am composing my pm to him as we speak.

the game is hosting in 48 hrs, but considering this is his first turn with a large and advanced empire, I will be offering generous extension on behalf of Gluttony players to our sub to familiarize himself with his empire (no small task) and put all his diplo in order.
