Patch info question.

I've reinstalled the game, patched it up, and am ready to go. I haven't played this game since 2009 so I was looking for what changes the patches have made since then. I'm probably blind, but the only readme I could find was from one of the 1st patches. Could someone point me where to find the changes the patches have made to the game?

Good Morning!
Hope this helps:
1. Open the game.
2. Click on "HELP" under "Game Options" upper left corner.
3. Click on "GAME MANUAL".
4. Click on "RELEASE HISTORY" from the menu bar on the left side. It'll be the 7th item from the bottom.
