OK, errors in general.txt, politics.txt, facilityconstruction.txt and research.txt have been fixed. My apologies there, some Last minute changes that didn't go through testing. All 3 .emp files have been included, and in answer to Mac's question, all my races have been tested in 1.67 unmodded, TDM-Mod, and Fyron'sQuadMod.
