FASCAM US Army 5/85

I am playing a PBEM right now and my opponent has informed me that there's no way to use the off board FASCAM battery availible to the US at that time.

I set up a game with me as the US and I can confirm there's no way to fire the FASCAM's.
They should be in the bombard menu, correct?

I have never actually used FASCAM artillery since way back in SP3. Perhaps there's another way to use them?

What turn are you on?

Per the Manual;

There is a three turn delay built into the game to stop all FASCAM / MINELET artillery units from appearing in the bombard menu at the start of the game. This prevents a player from using these to box his opponent into his start line. They will be available for use after turn 2 is completed.

The game guide was my next stop,thanks for saving me the time.

I have not actuualy used FASCAM artillery since way back when.
