There is only one FC rating, RF, and Stab as well as vision rating for a unit. All of those numbers apply to the entire unit weapons. (ROF is adjusted to 6 for MG type weapons, if the main ROF is lower).

The turret (if the unit has one) applies to all weapons as well - except slot 4 is assumed to be a bow mount if the unit is classed as turreted and the weapon is a larger WH (as far as I recall anyway) - see WW2 Char B and Lee/Grant hull 75mm.

I have noticed that when my M1 tanks from 1986 fires on an Infantry target at a greater range the loaders 7.62mm weapon does not always fire. Your answer tells me why this is.
