In all probability, its a discussion of the extent to which "zombies" could be possible, and the situations that would be needed to have it happen to that extent.

Zombie (Haitian Creole: zonbi; North Mbundu: nzumbe) is a term used to denote an animated corpse brought back to life by mystical means such as witchcraft.

So they're not "possible" (in the normal-ish sense of the word), hence I would imagine the discussion would be pretty short...
