 ... limited? Or is there room for others?
 I've looked at the txt files but I'm not certain about the answer to this question. It looks as if a few more bmps could be added to the list.

 Sounds like you mean ship sizes, not designs. You can add large numbers of ship sizes.

 I get that I can add more ship sizes and it would appear that I can add as many sizes/bitmaps as I wish.
 I don't get the requirement to add each new design/size to each race folder. Doesn't the game just default to the second entry if it can't find the bitmap?
 
 I'd like some sizes unique to my race for example.

 The ship sizes you mod into the game will be available to all races, they just won't all have bitmaps to cover the new sizes and will use the secondary bitmap.

	I changed a few things from Dreadnought to Juggernought.  In this case, I have changed the "Primary Bitmap Name"     to      ":= Juggernought."  This means that I now must have a Bit map image for a juggernought in ALL of my Race folders or the game will default to the Dreadnought image.Quote:

 You can change a lot of the ship settings too.  You'll note that I have done that.  It is really easy to do this, and it can be a lot of fun.  One thing you should do though before altering any file is make a back up of it.  You'll save your self a lot of pain by doing that.  Best of luck.

	Not if you give the new ship size a tech requirement other than "Ship Construction", and tie that other tech to a racial advantage.  ie. You could make organic tech only ship sizes, crystalline, etc.Quote:
