For the stuff that isn't already in the game, not happening. For the stuff that is, here they are:
- Sorting wounded units: select any unit in a squad, press w and all wounded are highlighted. Pressing e will show all experienced units.
- Recruitment: Press shift while clicking on a unit to recruit 10 units of the same type.
