Looking back on some notes and reviewing the OOB's it's looking like the Russian modernized t-55's are pegged at 37 rounds so I will set the lower limit at 37

I've just downloaded a Soviet military manual for T-55AM - and it states 42 rounds (including Bastion missiles).
The Czech Kladivo took 38 in total, with 5 Bastions (rarely) it was 33 (used also by East Germany).
