Abyssia wants to warn Vanheim against annexing one of our provinces.
It could be important for you but we spent time and resourses for taking it. That's why it deserves compensation.
Taking into accout money income and potential gem income of that province we offer a honest variant - to swap for any other province in our common border.
If you decide to disregard this offer and willing to forced seizure of our territories we recommend you to honor at least our NAP3.
So if you want to start a war the first attacks should land not turn20 but turn22.
Though we recommend you to think over a trade offer better.
