Penetration boosters
Do penetration boosters give their bonus for natural attacks that allow resistance? For example, if I give an Aboleth an eye of the void, would he get +2 on his enslave mind attack?
Also, do bonuses apply to spells cast from items?

Re: Penetration boosters
Not sure about items. Most natural abilities do not get a penetration boost AFAIK. Not sure about units that auto-cast spells at the beginning of a battle either.

Re: Penetration boosters
this is an interesting question. i have been messing around with ethereal crossbow(infinite damage). MR negates this weapon, and i was wondering if boosting the hero with magic focus, eye of focus etc would help...

Re: Penetration boosters
I don't know. But remember, ask for penetration permission first.

Yeah, true, but you open yourself to the risk of a lawsuit.
On a related topic, thanks for opening me last night. I didn't mind in the end. How about next week?
