I was about to ask the same thing. Weren't you two on an early war? My spies don't reach that part of the world yet.

ya, he attacked me on turn 3-4, i killed his force and his pretender. He asked me for peace but i declined, and he hasnt played a turn since.

Sorry I was out of town for a few days in an area with poor internet connection - basically forgot to download the needed mapfile onto the laptop so I couldnt send in the turn in time and almost missed the last one.
