No. It will NOT work at all with those. It only works with campaigns designed with SPWW2.
The "other" version of SP, that was produced after we had started to release versions of our mod, is an entirely different game with entirely different code that just happens to look similar.
The DOS conversion utility was added when we set the game up for windows and was only added so third party designers could convert any campaigns they may have made that were not already included with the game.
