A technical question.
In one of my coastal provinces, I got a message this turn telling me that:

Quote:

People in Province X are rambling about strange dreams, the stars and R'lyeh. Madness has struck the province and 20 people have died

Ok, but not only is there no R'lyehan province bordering this one but it has a temple and 8 candles of my dominion!!
Any explanation how that happens?
