look on the net and you'll find speed values that work out to neither 21 nor 27 but yes they all should be the same.
On the list........
HOWEVER
The ones names "White scout car" are all 21. The ones named M3 Scout car or M3A1 Scout car are 27 so there is total consistency.....sort of ..........and the variation could come from the difference between "top speed" and "Crusing speed"
