I have done some quick testing:
- strange problem with Italy, as you described - sorry that was easily sorted
- Found half of 2 roundels seems to dissappear (hungary and norway) - having problems sorting, will have to redo them

Just got home from a month long road trip so give me a couple of days to get a new version up
