The thin borders in windows 10 seem to be a "feature" of the OS

8.1 is on the left.... as yet I have no idea if this is "adjustable" or not but it IS the difference between the game window filling the screen and not quite filling the screen

it would be nice if MS could actually improve something WITHOUT screwing something else up.
