The "Splash" screens are stored in the
...Shrapnel Games/Game Data/Pictures/Interface
folder.
Just replace the MCPPic, MCPPic1, MCPPic2, MCPPic3 files.

Mark's Links seem to be broken... Can get to his site but no longer seem to be able to find the screens or Das Reich files.
