Operation Compass North Africa 1940-41

This is a good documentary on the British Wavell Counter offensive against the Italians in North Africa starting in December 1940 under General Richard O'Conner.

Bear in mind that the Indian Division mentioned was, like all WWII Indian Divisions, about one third British, with mainly British officers. Each infantry Brigade having one British and two Indian (or Gurkha) battalions.

(The narrator mangles some of the place names).
