Tokiedian Objective Flag Roundel Mod

Just noticed this post, so I went into one of my save Italian campaign games and I do see that maybe 10% of the roundel shows up. I tried it with a brand new game and see that same thing. I've attached a screenshot of what I see on my computer.

While looking at the Hungarian issue, I also noticed the Italian roundel seems to have lost it's centering, it has slid to the bottom right postion. I've also attached a screenshot of this for you.

Thanks again for creating this mod, I do enjoy playing with it.
