Is this a bug or intentional? Do these have a kill value since none is listed in the information screen?

I find it odd since atgm units with the atgm as their sole weapon do not do this no do infantry atgm teams.

I am not 100% certain, it could just be my mind playing tricks on me, but I have a vague recollection of this happening, many years ago and only once or something. Perhaps it wasn't even this version of the game. By that I mean not winspmbt.
