Don, thanks gotcha on its too large, still mystifies me how others can post images (downloaded) in their posts, I did try to scale or resize it down.
Tim, I don't understand why I can login to the forums to post and yet can't use the customer support for help? Same username and password gets me in here, but not the support site.

You are not alone..... one method I use but won't work for your image as it's still too large is to convert the image to a 256 colour image ( I use Paint Shop Pro 7.01 for everything I do )is " set palette transparency...... that reduces the image to 256 colours....you could use the game palette as well and that will reduce the size of the file sometimes by half

Classic Catch 22...you cannot contact customer support but you need to contact customer support to get customer support but you cannot contact customer support |

Your forum information does not work at the customer support site. It is a totally different website. You must register to use customer support. If you registered when you ordered your game(s) that registration info will work. Forums uses totally different database.

Since I've never had to contact customer support that clears up the issue. I was with Don on this I assumed his forum log on would work. |
